  Regulations are rediculous. Hours is not convenient and most of all they will deactivate your card before calling you to affirm transactions that they say made them think your security was intruded. They should call first to affirm transactions and then deactivate according to card holders permission. They need to regard customers authority before their assumption of security. Also if your account goes in the red, they will charge you for awhile before they call you to let you know about your account. Very poor customer service. They don't deserve any star though I had to give one in order to write this review.
